Personal information the company processes

  • Age
  • Billing and payment information.
  • Personal information that you provide in Arono's app - including gender, weight, height, age, activity level and food preferences.

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data

When the company processes personal data about you, this will typically be done on the following processing basis:

Your personal information originates from

The company collects personal information that you provide in Arono's app or through Arono's website (https://arono.dk/). In addition, the company obtains information through tracking software, including Google Analytics, Firebase, Mixpanel and Facebook Analytics, in the app and on the website. The company intends to use your personal data for the purpose of delivering, improving and further developing Arono as well as analyzing your use of Arono's service, providing customer support and doing marketing.

Retention of your information

The company stores your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the company to be able to process your information, or this follows from applicable law.

At this time, we cannot say how long we will keep your personal information. However, we can inform you that we will emphasize the timeliness of the customer's needs when we need to determine how long your information will be stored.

The information that the company must store in accordance with the Accounting Act is stored in the current calendar year plus 5 years.

Your rights
